Bay’s Edge Fish Cleaning is open year-round, and observes Ohio creel and possession limits. Whether you stay with us or are visiting, our professional staff will gut, fillet, and package your fish. Then we’ll refrigerate or freeze until it’s your pickup time!

THE FISH CLEANING PROCESS IS SIMPLE!
BRING IN YOUR FISH
STEP 1
Bring your fish to Bays Edge. We will have you fill out ODNR paperwork, weigh your fish, and tell us how you would like your fish to be cut along with other bagging & packaging specifications.
WE’LL ISSUE A TAG
STEP 2
We will assign you a tag number for ID, and so you can claim your catch after it gets processed and finished. Depending on how busy we are that day will determine in timeliness of your order.
SCHEDULE PICKUP TIME
STEP 3
While you wait, go enjoy some activities and return later for pickup. If you plan on staying with us for the week or fishing some more, we can refrigerate or freeze your catch for an additional fee.
PICK UP YOUR FILLETS
ALL DONE!
We have coolers that we’ll keep your fish in until ready for pick up. We can also freeze your fish for an additional charge of $1.00 per freezer bag. When ready, come pick-up!
Need boat work, repairs, maintenance, winterization, or storage? The Bays Edge Service Center will handle your marine needs.

We are open year-round with limited hours from November to April. Normally from 11am until 4 pm. From April until November, we are open from 11am until 7 pm, 7 days a week. We also may close early on blow days so please call us to check for availability.

FISH CLEANING POLICIES
- All prices are based on live weight when brought in. Per pound (LB).
- Cash only when paying for your fish cleaning.
- We have coolers that we will store your fish in until you are ready to pick up.
- Fish can be frozen for an additional charge, which is $1.00 per freezer bag. We freeze them in Ziplock bags and water.
- We can hold your fish up to 30 days.
