RATES
May 1st through August 31st, townhouse rates are $330 per night, or $2,170 per week (including tax). September 1st through April 30th, townhouse rates are $270 per night, or $1,820 per week. 3-bedroom townhouses include towels, linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, two baths, a gas grill, and more! Washers and dryers are provided for your convenience. If you have any questions, just call!

DEPOSITS
A 25% deposit of the total cost of your trip (or a minimum of $180) is required to hold any date on our booking calendar.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
MANDATORY FEES
$150.00 per townhouse per night, or $200.00 per boat per day. Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
